Our home is good for groups, business retreats, families, birthdays, or events. 80 train ride from Manhattan to the Brewster station or 70 min to midtown driving The space This is a place where you can never get bored, rain or shine there is something inside to do for everyone, The home comes with 5 tvs plus a movie theatre. At night the theatre can turn into a disco. The music studio has a drum set and keyboard, just plug and play if you have a guitar. For those that don't play, we have a professional karaoke system. The outdoor lawn is perfect and level to play games, (corn-hole supplied) and the outdoor bar/patio has a fire pit perfect for the evening cocktails and smores. The hot tub holds 7 people and the deck space is a whooping 1600sq feet. Pool table, ping pong, and shuffleboard table keep you entertained for hours. Two wood-burning fireplaces, two Weber grills, and a smoker. There is a chef's kitchen with a 48-inch professional stove w/two ovens, two refrigerators, three ice machines, and a wine chiller. (Note: both the Music studio and the theatre are considered bedrooms that were converted) Please make sure the sleeping layouts fit your needs prior to booking. The theater has a king pull-out and we supply an air mattress if needed in the music studio, please let us know prior to your stay. The home is NOT lakefront, It has lake views and is a very private setting at the end of the road. It's an 8 min walk to the beach or a 1 min car ride. Please read our reviews! They speak volumes! At times there is a camper/RV parked on the property that the owner may utilze. Guest access Everything but the garage and camper. Other things to note Please remember this is our home, not a hotel, the furnishings are expensive and should be treated as you would treat your own. Remember we rate one another and provide reviews of all our guests. The cleaning fees we charge are for general cleaning, not to take stains out of carpets, clean up a pile of messy dishes in the sink or separate your trash because you didn't recycle. If cleaning goes beyond general you will be charged additionally. The best guests are the ones that you never knew were there. No smoking in the house. There are security cameras that monitor the outside of the house 24/7. NO fireworks may be set off at the house.
