Newly remodeled, full size kitchen granite counter top with new full size stove, fridge and dishwasher. Washer/Dryer in the unit. Over sized balcony with new patio furniture. Freshly updated bathroom. Roaches gone! Unit professionally treated every month. It was a huge problem effected whole hotel. Management now having pest control on a site to do regular treatments. Two new and very comfortable Plush Sealy Mattresses. 40 inch flat screen TV and cable internet. Towels and linen provided. Resort has pool,kiddy pool, exercise room, ATM currency and vending machine in the lobby, plenty of parking and CVS pharmacy across the street. There is unlimited things to do: swim, golf, fishing, visit Daytona Speedway, Orlando or hidden neighborhood treasure - Historical Ponce Inlet community with tallest lighthouse in America. Or...........just watch pelicans passing by. Your will have privacy so you can enjoy yourself without interruption. Children any age are welcome under adult (18+) supervision. We hope you'll have an unforgettable time and visit Pirate Cove again and we appreciate referrals. Cleaning fee is $50. You will get a full refund if you cancel 30 days before check in, 25% of payment up to 7 days before check in, after that sorry, no refund because we wouldn't be able to re-rent our unit.
