Welcome to our spacious home in Stanwood's Lake Goodwin area! Close to shopping, dining and outdoor activities yet far enough away to be secluded and private. Gourmet kitchen/ granite counters/wood floors&beautiful furnishings await you! Enjoy your own space with the option to walk outside on the paths through the trees and relax. Or go down to Kayak Point, less than 5 min away, and throw your Kayak in the water. The space Our home is bright and open offering the perfect place for the vacationing family to enjoy time together! TV/DVD player, WIFI. The gourmet kitchen is fully outfitted with cooking utensils, bakeware and serving dishes. You will find cooking/baking essentials in the cupboards too! We have two bathrooms and two bedrooms, one bedroom has a plush queen size bed and vanity for dressing and makeup, the other has a wonderful queen size bed and full size crib for infants or toddlers. There are also three roll away beds for additional guests plus a super comfy queen sofa bed. Roam the gardens taking in the park like grounds, use the gas grill and enjoy a picnic outdoors at the picnic table! This space is suitable for events hosting up to 30 guests however please contact us for separate event pricing. Guest access Guests will have full use of the main living area. The garage area will be locked and is for host use however guest can arrange with host to use laundry facility in garage at no additional charge. Other things to note Though this is a large home, we cannot accommodate parties or group events due to our insurance restrictions. Also note that this home is on a private septic, guests must not flush anything other than toilet paper. Items such as tampons, flushable wipes, Kleenex etc will immediately clog the toilets and cause septic backup.
