On entry you will find a clean and modern living and dining space and kitchen which opens up onto two sunny decks, one with bbq for easy outdoor dining. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook anything from eggs on toast to a gourmet meal. The master bedroom with queen bed and ensuite is also located on the ground floor. A separate toilet and well equipped laundry are also downstairs. Upstairs includes 2 bedrooms, one with queen bed. The other has a single bed plus bunk bed with single on top and lower double bed. A second living room provides older children and teens with their own space. A bathroom and separate toilet are also located upstairs. Taking a trip to the beach with the family is easy with the fully equipped beach cart with beach chairs, boogie boards and buckets and spades. With access to shops, cafes and restaurants only a short distance away, a walk to the supermarket is easy with a light weight shopping trolley provided for your use. Ample walking tracks close by, following them right through to Barwon Heads, a leisurely 20 minute walk away. Here you will find a great family friendly river, Barwon Heads Hotel, cafes, shopping and parks for the kids. Also located within a 10 minute walk, Ocean Grove Bowling and Ocean Grove Golf clubs. Should you wish to explore and enjoy more of the Bellarine, there’s fantastic wineries and world class golf courses to fill in your days.
