It is suitable for singles and couples, individuals & business travellers. No smoking- you will be fined $600 for smoking on our property. Guests will need their accounts details to stream Netflix as we don’t provide login details. There is access to unlimited fiber internet. It’s a decent size budget studio apartment, not a luxury apartment. We have a bigger one- please see our other listing. Guest access The property is located at a secured residential estate in the area. It less than a 15 minute drive to Victoria Island and Ikoyi. A walking distance to the gate. Other things to note Please bear in mind the following: - We only provide you the apartment, our staff on ground have designated roles and will not leave their duties to run errands for guests. - We alternate between the power grid and generator. Everytime the power goes on the National grid, the generator will be switched on and when it’s back, we switch again. When on generator, you’ll be able to use only the Air Conditioner, Fridge, Sockets, Lights, Television, decoder and internet. That’s how we provide 24 hours electricity, with the National grid supported by a generator.
