The pre-authorization will commence on your day of arrival and automatically expire after check out and property inspection. FOR LONGER TERM BOOKINGS OF 27 NIGHTS OR MORE This requires an Occupancy Agreement to be signed along with a non-refundable deposit equal to one month's rent and a Property Condition Guarantee (50% of monthly rental rate) required to be paid. Cleaning fees charged for longer term stays go towards the departure clean at the end of your stay, additional cleaning charges may apply depending on the state of the property upon check out.
