It is located in the heart of downtown Lancaster City. Just 2 blocks from the city square. Walking distance to some of the finest restaurants and cafes in Lancaster. Located just a short distance from the Amish Tourist attractions, Dutch Wonderland, Sight and Sound Theatres, and more. Enjoy a clean, spacious kitchen, filled with all the necessities needed for cooking at home. A spacious dining room/living room, half bath and mudroom located on the first floor. The second floor hosts 2 bedrooms. One featuring a king size bed adjoining a full size bathroom. The 2nd room hosts 2 double beds. After a day of sightseeing and exploring the city, relax and enjoy the 2nd floor patio which features a large outdoor table with seating for 6 guests. The 3rd floor is filled with lots of natural light. It host a large master suite featuring a king size bed. In this 3rd floor suite you will enjoy the view of the city line. A full size bathroom, cable tv, and a cozy sitting area. You will have access to a reserved parking space for one car behind the home. Additional street parking may be available in front of the home with a 2 hr maximum parking between 7am-5pm. (With exception of unlimited parking on weekends) A fee based parking garage is located across the home. You will rent the entire townhome. However, we are local and a live short distance away should you need assistance. We do not live at this property, but enjoy spending time at this location when possible. We feel it to be a safe neighborhood and enjoy parking our car and walking to all our favorite restaurants and shops located within walking distance. If needing transportation during your stay. Uber and Lyft are readily available. There is a public bus system as well. The Lancaster Amtrack train station is a little over a mile away from this home. The home is equipped with high speed internet and high definition cable TV.
