Roman Forum Suite

In the heart of the Ancient Rome, Extra Luxury Suite of 35 sqm on the first floor of a historic building, just a few meters from the Roman Forum and a few minutes walk from the Colosseum, Piazza Venezia, Via del Corso. In the immediate vicinity you will find typical Roman trattorias, bars, shops. The Suite, finely furnished, is equipped with every comfort, oversize bed (180x200), fully equipped kitchen, table and chairs, air conditioning, Smart TV 40 '', Wi-Fi, Nespresso coffee machine. The space Luxury open space suite of 35 square meters located on the first floor of a historic building without lift (17 steps). It is an open space, upon entering you will find on your right the table for eating , then in front the fully equipped open kitchen complete with induction hob, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine with pods supplied for your stay, Cutlery, plates and pots. The bathroom is separated by a door and is equipped with a shower, toilet and bidet. Continuing towards the bedroom you will find an oversize double bed (180 x 200 cm), cold/heat air conditioning and 40-inch Smart TV. The double-glazed window overlooks a small street. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment. Other things to note The open space suite is located a few steps from the Roman Forum and a few minutes walk from the Colosseum. It is located on the first floor without a lift (17 steps) It is equipped with hot and cold air conditioning, WIFI, Nespresso coffee machine with pods supplied, 40-inch Smart TV For the Late check-in from 9PM there is an extra fee of 20€ , from 11pm the extra fee is 50€ and 100€ after 1am. The payment is request at the checkin on CASH. The bedsheets are provided and beds will be already set at your arrival . I provide my guests with one set of towels per person ( 3 pieces) for the entire stay that includes one bath towel , one medium face towel and one small bidet towel .
