Our south-facing holiday home is located less than 10 meters from the water in a marina on the northern shore of Lake Schwerin, Germany's fourth-largest inland lake. It is modern, bright, and welcoming, individually furnished with attention to detail. Built in the Finnish cottage style and solid construction, the house is part of an exclusive, very quiet holiday home development completed in 2009, which blends harmoniously into the lakeside landscape. You can enjoy unobstructed panoramic views. To the east lies the marina with its approximately 50 boat moorings; to the west, you can see the island of Lieps and, in the distance, the state capital of Schwerin, the city of seven lakes. Interiors and Amenities Our holiday home, with approximately 30 m² of living space, is divided into two floors, one above the other, connected by a small staircase. Our house is ideal for two people; an extra bed for two additional people is possible. The lower floor features a living room with an open-plan kitchen and dining area, as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The living room includes a seating area, a flat-screen TV, and a radio/CD player. The kitchen is fully equipped and suitable for self-catering. It has an electric hotplate, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, oven, and refrigerator with a small freezer compartment. On the upper floor, with a view of the lake and the entire house, there is a bedroom with two adjacent single beds and a built-in wardrobe for your clothes. The bedroom is equipped with high-quality blackout blinds. The living room, which has floor-to-ceiling glass facing the lake, leads directly to the wooden terrace with seating for four people, sun loungers, and a parasol. Each house includes a barbecue area with a grill and a parking space. The holiday home is equipped with underfloor heating and can therefore be used year-round. Free Wi-Fi is available. A rowboat from the marina can be used free of charge. A boat motor can be rented by the day for a fee (€35.00 per day). We ask for your understanding: Out of consideration for all guests, smoking is not permitted indoors; pets are not allowed. Due to the open staircase, the houses are less suitable for small children and people with walking difficulties.
