The space The light and airy open-plan kitchen and lounge area features patio doors leading out to a comfortable well-furnished poolside terrace. No doubt, this gorgeous outside space is where you'll be spending most of your time, soaking up the rays and enjoying a homemade cocktail or two. The owners have provided an outdoor fridge and plastic glasses so you can enjoy your tipples outside. There are relaxing sun loungers for you to top up your tan, alternatively, grab a spot of shade under one of the parasols. For the ultimate alfresco cooking experience, there's a large gas BBQ adjacent to the outdoor dining area, great for cooking up a storm. With three modern bedrooms, this cosy villa is ideal for up to six guests, all with cool air conditioning and a ceiling fan each. The master bedroom has a private ensuite, whilst the remaining two bedrooms share a family shower room. The front door has a width of 80cm and the other doors that accesses the pool area is the back door which is 90cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 200cm wide and the grounds are flat. All the bedrooms have a door width of 70cm and all the bathrooms have a door width of 70cm. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 129cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 129cm.
