The manor house is located on a hill outside the small village of Jülchendorf, surrounded by extensive pastures and gently curved hills. It is about 200 years old, listed half-timbered building with a beaver's tail roof. In the 1990s, the manor house was extensively renovated and in 2012 two spacious, bright apartments were created here. Apartment 1 is accessed via a large entrance area with guest toilet. The 103 m² apartment has a separate master bedroom with double bed (180x200; separate mattresses), a children's room with two single beds (90x200) and a living room with a view over the distant village. The kitchen is very large and can be described as a kitchen-living room. The fully equipped kitchenette has a stove, refrigerator and dishwasher, as well as a washing machine.
