This inviting 70 m² apartment is on the 2nd floor of a traditional Viennese building with elevator access, located in Vienna’s 5th district. It’s ideal for families, friends, or small groups, with easy transport connections from Matzleinsdorfer Platz to Belvedere Palace, Karlsplatz, and the State Opera. The first bedroom features a double bed (140 × 200 cm), a sofa that can also serve as a bed (better suited for children or smaller guests), and a dining table with 4 chairs. Two windows provide a street view and plenty of natural light. As part of a traditional Viennese building, the windows are not fully soundproof, so some daytime traffic noise may be noticeable. The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed, offering a quieter and more restful space for guests. The private kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, and all essential cookware, dishes, and cutlery, ideal for preparing meals at home. A washing machine is located inside the apartment, making it convenient for longer stays.
