The beautiful, spacious attic holiday apartment Odenwald with balcony is located in a family house on a quiet street without traffic. Due to the south facing the apartment, you have sun all day in good weather The space and beautiful views. Wildlife watching (deer, fox, rabbits) are possible from the loggia. Pets are not allowed, a parking space is available. The apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen incl. Refrigerator with freezer, oven, electric stove, dishwasher and a dining area for 4 people. Danebench is a dining room in Chippendaile style. The living room consists of a living area (including Sleeping function for two beds) with Smart TV and Sky connection. The three rooms are an open unit. This unit includes 2 bedrooms, 1x with double bed and another with 2x single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a bath, shower, toilet and sinks. Our apartment has been fully renovated in 2021, including completely new bedroom amenities. If necessary, the apartment can be reached with a stairlift. Maximum occupancy is possible with 4 adults and 2 children. Bedding and towels are included in the rental price. Internet via Wi-Fi is free of charge. Rimhorn is a district of the municipality of Lützelbach in the south of the beautiful Odenwald. From Rimhorn direction Höchst im Odenwald is the Obrunnschlucht /Märchenpfad with numerous miniature buildings with many worth seeing details - an attractive destination for families with children. The Odenwald is characterized by a variety of cultural, sporting and culinary offerings. Numerous things are possible here that offer something for everyone.
