(7739TB) == ABOUT THE PROPERTY == Our beautiful 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms vacation home includes all you will need for a comfortable stay. It is spacious and easily accommodates up to eight guests. It is equipped with all you will need for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation with cable tv, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, private splash pool. There is a fully equipped open plan kitchen, a lovely formal dining area and living room. There are four bedrooms, with the master bedroom with a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third has 2 twin beds. The fourth bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle bed under. There is a fully enclosed laundry area that includes a washing machine and dryer. Free Wi-Fi, towels, linen are also provided. The home has a screened, private splash pool that faces east. == ABOUT THE LOCATION == It is just a short walk to the fabulous Windsor Hills clubhouse with Olympic-size pool w/ zero-depth entry and water slide, 50-person movie theater, and sundry shop. Plus, our townhouse is in the building that is closest to the fun-filled playground. Resort Pool is 140,000 gallons of clear blue water, heated to comfortable 79-80 degrees year-round! Relax in our hot tub or play a round of poolside ping-pong. Young adults love the 80 foot winding water slide and children love to dance in the Children’s Fountain! THE MARKET PLACE & GRILL is OPEN DAILY 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM and the GRILL is open daily 10:00AM - 7:30PM. Sports Equipment Rentals available through the resort clubhouse. Please visit the Welcome Desk to rent any equipment for a small, refundable fee. Golden Transportation will be available onsite for taxi services from 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE US WITH ALL DRIVER NAMES. ALL DRIVERS HAVE TO BE REGISTERED AT THE GATE FOR ENTRY TO THE RESORT. 3 cars maximum per house allowed by resort staff. The Spa will not be heated unless the pool is heated, and they will be heated at the same temperature. The use of the Grill is not included in the reservation. Toiletries and Household Items: We provide a starter pack for each reservation (including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish tabs/liquid, laundry detergent, bar soap, and shampoo).
