The space We invite you to stay at our beautiful condo located on the intercostal with a waterfront view! Perfect for couples, young families and groups of friends traveling together. Must be 25 or older to book, no parties. Our street is exactly one block to the beach and hotel area, including public beach access! This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo will sleep 6 adults or children, plus a pack-n-play for a baby! There is a pull-out couch in the living room in addition to a king size bed in each bedroom. The Master bedroom includes a king bed, full bath, smart tv, and private balcony overlooking a serene waterfront canal. The guest bedroom has a king size bed, smart tv, pack-n-play and a full bath is located just outside this bedroom. For families with small children: in addition to the pack-n-Play provided, we have toys, games, beach toys and coloring books to help make our littlest guests more comfortable. In the living room there is a pull-out couch where you can watch your favorite Netflix shows on the large flat screen. In the kitchen, you will find everything you need to make a gourmet meal, or you may cook-out on private deck with our grill. We have some of the best local restaurants just minutes away! Watch the sunset and boats by from our private deck and balcony all with comfortable sitting areas. Private entrance, full kitchen, desk/work area, free Wi-Fi, microwave, Keurig, plates and utensils, 2 bedrooms with king beds, sofa bed, master bedroom offers a private balcony overlooking waterfront canal, private deck with outdoor dining table, chairs and grill, 3 smart tv's with free Netflix. Guest access Guests have access to the entire top floor condo including 2 private balconies. Access to our on site laundry room with washer and dryer. Other things to note Guests have access to entire upstairs condo, including upstairs deck and patio area. Please note that there are cameras on the outside of the property.
