Layout The comfortable and sunny front room opens into our fully windowed sunroom. Enjoy the bar as you view our private backyard or take your drink out onto the southern style covered back deck, enjoy the overhead fan while you grill out and play a game of darts and watch the kids play in the private back yard. A well-appointed kitchen provides all the necessary tools needed for preparing delicious meals. We offer a choice of four bedrooms. Our spacious and sunny king bedroom is directly across from the main bathroom, which includes a bathtub & shower. Within the King Bedroom is a compact sleeping space perfect for the kids. The "Pod" is a 7x10 ft. windowed bedroom with a twin bed and window overlooking the backyard. This comfortable & private room was a walk-in closet in it's previous life but is now a cozy sleeping area with a memory foam bed, night table & lamp, cedar lined cubicles for items, a luggage rack and a ceiling fan. The King includes a firm memory foam spring mattress, the Middle Bedroom includes a memory foam mattress and our cozy Fireplace Bedroom has a comfortable firm spring mattress and a private bathroom with walk in shower and laundry facilities. All of our bedrooms have ceiling fans and sound machines for your comfort. Here is a little more about the house: - Private Backyard features covered patio, dart board, croquet, yard yahtzee, corn hole, and a Weber charcoal grill, soccer ball, and frizbee. Please be aware that before booking the home, there are 4 steps to enter/exit the front of the house with handrails. Also, there are 2 steps down to enter/exit the sunroom without a handrail. Early and Late Check-Out Requests: Please know the house will not be accessible for early check-in unless previously arranged with the host. Unfortunately, we can not guarantee an early or late check in/out because of other bookings and our cleaner's busy daily schedules. We will consider and allow early check-in when feasible and do attempt to accommodate guest requests. Depending on the duration of the request, there may be a fee added for early check-in. -Late check-out requests must be prearranged with the host. Any non pre-arranged late check-outs may result in a fee of $1 a minute.
