Captain Lucas, a villa overlooking the sea

Our villa "Capitaine Lucas" is located in a 1500 m2 garden, overlooking the beach. It is protected by an enclosure 3 to 3.50 m high. It offers 4 terraces including the "large" terrace (168 m2) of the house from above. Along its French windows, arches provide a patio of 30 m2, a cool and shaded area. A wide carriage door serves 2 shaded parking spaces. The space After 2 years of interruption for works, our vacation villa, "Capitaine Lucas" is, again, available for rent, since July 1, 2020. It is located in a 1500 m2 garden, on a 20 m cliff, overlooking the beach, between the central artery of Los Canos and the sea. It is protected by an enclosure 3 to 3.50 m high. The pedestrian door and the carriage door open at No. 7, Avenida Trafalgar. It consists of two houses, located like two steps of stairs: the house above and the house below. The lower house has two terraces, one to the south of 35 m2, along its facade, the other to the east, of 20 m2. It is not available for rent, but the terraces are accessible. The roof of the lower house constitutes the "large" terrace (150 m2) of the upper house. Along the French windows of the upper house, arches (30 m2) provide a zone of shade and coolness. A sliding door, to the east, protects, possibly from the "Levante". It is known to all those who frequent the beaches of Los Canos and appears on many postcards. Two bedrooms overlooking respectively, one on the patio and the garden, the other on the garden are equipped with 1 double bed and 2 single beds, dressers, closets, linen provided. The 32 m2 living room offers a 2-seater sofa and 2 large armchairs, a flat-screen TV with Canal + and Engel satellites and a DVD player, a library of French, Spanish, English and German books. WiFi is free. The 10 m2 kitchen is equipped with a 5-burner stove and oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. All the amenities in the living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom were renewed in 2018 and 2019. Ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner, fire extinguisher, emergency care kit are provided as well as kitchen and table necessities. The 10 m2 bathroom offers a walk-in shower and toilet. 9000-liter tanks provide the city water supply. All exits (doors, French windows, windows) are secure. A large garden, exceptionally large on this waterfront, enclosed by high walls, guarantees calm and security. A space is specially designed for barbecue. Shaded parking is offered free of charge for 2 cars in this garden. Guest access The entire "upper house", the 4 terraces and the garden are accessible to our tenants. Other things to note Capitaine Lucas has been our vacation home since 1972. It was built in 1965 on Californian plans, at the initiative of an American officer, stationed at the United States base of Rota. It was extensively remodeled in 1975, restored in 2015 and again in 2018. Capitaine Lucas (see Wikipedia) is located as close as possible to the access to the pine forest of the Brena Natural Park. It is a stone's throw from two of the best restaurants in the area: La Brena, Michelin-starred, and Los Castillejos. To welcome your friends passing through, the Hotel Frente al mar, probably the best hotel in Los Canos and undoubtedly the best located, is 20 meters away as well as the famous bar of La pequeña lulu. Captain Lucas overlooks the beach. It is accessed by a staircase located immediately to the east of the property. 20 meters further, another staircase provides access to the nudist beach.
