This home is monitored with an exterior video security system to ensure the security of the home and the safety of its guests and neighbors. Absolutely no parties or events are allowed and no inside smoking. The house is centrally located in Edmond so you are just minutes away from shopping, restaurants, Mitch Park, the YMCA, Barnett Field Splash Pad, UCO campus, Downtown Edmond and still an easy 25 minute drive to Downtown OKC. My husband, Zach, has a background in Emergency Preparedness and Response, and together we also own a local cleaning company, Elevated Cleaning Solutions. We have already begun leveraging this knowledge and work force to ensure your safety as you visit. To ensure your safety, we have begun the following anti-viral countermeasures: o Continuing our already robust cleaning process between each rental, which concludes with a 65-point inspection. o Every hard surface, doorknob, light switches, bed frames, dresser, and other frequently touched areas completely disinfected with EPA-approved cleaning products between each rental. o All beddings are changed between each rental. o Leather surfaces (couches, chairs) and seating are completely disinfected prior to each reservation. This house is a spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with 2,400 sq ft in order to be able to spread out and relax. There is a step down into the living area, please make your guests aware. During your stay, you can spread out and relax on a sofa and loveseat and enjoy a 55 inch, 4K flat screen TV with access to Netflix, YouTube TV, and Internet TV. The kitchen nook has a 4 seat table and the formal dining features a beautiful farmhouse table that can seat 8 people comfortably. The master suite offers a comfortable queen sized bed with a pillow top mattress, microfiber sheets and a flat screen TV. The master bathroom includes double sinks, a separate jetted tub and shower and a big walk-in closet. Two guest bedrooms feature a queen sized bed and the third has a fun, twin-over-full sized bunk bed that can comfortably sleep 3 guests. The second living room is stocked with board games, a large sleeper sofa, and a couple of chairs that create an area away from the TV for some fun, quality family time! Enjoy the mature trees and quiet fenced in backyard with outdoor seating and gas grill with propane provided. Guests have access to the entire house as well as the 2 car garage and storm shelter. I am available to guests for questions or concerns during their stay. They can reach me by cell phone. The neighborhood is centrally located making it convenient to get to anywhere in Edmond within 10 minutes. Please park in garage and driveway and minimize street parking. We want you to enjoy your stay so all our beds have microfiber sheets, a variety of pillows, and extra blankets. A pack n play and booster high chair are available for those traveling with small children. There is a step down into the living area, please make your guests aware. A storm shelter is located in the garage so you can relax during your stay no matter what the weather is doing outside.
