Your dream beach vacation is waiting here at Sea Isles on Indian Rocks Beach! This unit boast two bedrooms, and two bathrooms, with a spacious and open floor plan in the main gathering areas. There is a king sized bed in the master bedroom with a TV and private attached bathroom with a walk in shower. The guest bedroom features a queen sized bed with it's own TV, too. The guest bathroom is right next to the guest bedroom and has a tub/shower combo. The main gathering space hosts the open floor plan kitchen, dining space, bar stool seating, and comfortable living room- all with an incredible, beachfront view! The fully equipped kitchen has all of the little extras you would need to enjoy those savory homemade meals and snacks. There is a flat screen smart TV in the living room with surround sound system to enjoy your favorite movie or show, and free WIFI throughout the condo to keep you connected with everyone back home. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for an extra guest. Complete with linens and towels, including some beach towels, plus we also supply beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach toys so no need to pack those items! There is even a BBQ grill area shared with the complex to grill up some burgers after a long day at the beach or your fresh catch of the day. The private building elevator takes you to your balcony where you will enjoy fabulous sunset views, dolphin watching or just relaxing after a long day at the beach or the pool! The condo is close to many great restaurants, some are within walking distance, or just a short drive. You also have a trolly stop close to the complex if you want to hop on a beach trolly and take a scenic view up and down the Gulf Coast without having to drive your car. Indian Rocks Beach is a wonderful beach town with lots of fun things to do for the whole family. There are great little shops, restaurants, ice cream shops, bakeries, all the the things that make those wonderful beach vacation memories! You won't want your vacation to end! Visit Clearwater Beach for more award winning beaches, amazing restaurants and nightlife. Enjoy wave runners, parasailing, Segway tours, dolphin tours, deep sea fishing, dinner cruises at the Clearwater Marina or rent paddleboards, boats or kayaks just south of you in Indian Shores and IRB, too. Make sure to go to Pier 60 for the nightly sunset celebration or check out Johns Pass to experience the waterfront restaurants, fabulous shopping and water excursions. Guest access A week before your vacation starts we supply you with check-in instructions with directions to the condo, parking instructions, and any codes you need to get into the condo. Your stay includes the use of BBQ grill area, one assigned parking spot under the building, heated beachfront pool, and private beach entrance! Other things to note ****Please note: this unit sleeps 6 people total. This includes all Adults, Children and infants. Minimum age requirement to book is 25 years old.**** This condo is located on the fourth floor (the first floor is the garage). There are four floors total and only one condo next to it on the right side. Your private elevator can only be opened to your balcony by you, with a key we provide you. You will have to walk up the stairs first to get the key in the unit, but after that are able to use the elevator freely. The condo is stocked with towels and linens, plus beach towels for your stay, and a starting supply of toilet paper, soap and dish soap, paper towels and trash bags. Yes there is free wifi!
