Cottage in Monells

Rustic stone house with capacity for 5 people. Located on the ground floor of a farmhouse from 1681, fully restored where the original rustic style has been preserved. It is located within the Mas Vilà Rural Tourism, where there are four rural tourism houses, all with their own private garden and barbecue and sharing the pool. We are in the middle of nature, surrounded by forests, just two minutes from the medieval village of Monells. A perfect place to visit the Empordà and the Costa Brava. The space It is accessed from its private garden decorated with a stone table, barbecue and outdoor dining area. The 100m2 interior is distributed in a dining room with sofas and TV, where the old oil mill well that we have covered was located and is now a place where you can relax. The open kitchen in the living room is fully equipped with glass-ceramic, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, Nespresso coffee maker and Italian coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer and everything you need to cook. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other is interior and has three single beds, both retain the Catalan vaulted ceiling. There is a full bathroom with towels, hairdryer and bathtub. We include firewood for the fireplace, it has Wi-Fi, heating for the winter, mosquito nets and fans for the summer. Outside there is a private garden with grass, loungers, barbecue and a beautiful stone table with benches and parasol. Guest access The house is located within the Mas Vilà, a traditional 17th century farmhouse century, which we have renovated to offer you rural tourism with all the comforts. We have four fully equipped independent cottages. Each has its own private garden with barbecue. On the property, you'll find large lawn areas, parking, a chicken coop, and a community pool shared with other guests, where you'll have a lounge area just for you to sunbathe quietly.
