More than 400 olive trees stretch across the grounds, including Coratina — the source of our own olive oil in the making. Our beehives produce jarrah honey, harvested right here and often available for guests to try or take home. Two dams anchor the landscape, catching the changing light through the day and drawing birdlife at dawn and dusk. Paths wind between the olive rows and out toward open paddocks, with plenty of quiet corners to explore on foot.
