Pontac House Hotel

Overlooking one of the largest tidal ranges in the world, this independent hotel offers local food, a swimming pool and unrivaled views of St. Clements. Pontac House is personally owned and managed by Joe Pinto and his family, who strive to create a comfortable and friendly atmosphere. Located on the South Coast of the island, sea-view and balcony rooms offer a stunning, dramatic spectacle. Rooms to the rear offer attractive views of the Jersey countryside. A restaurant is on hand to keep you refreshed, serving fresh Jersey produce and specializing in locally caught seafood. Relax in the heated outdoor swimming pool (available between May and September) before exploring the island - a bus stop is directly outside, taking you to St. Helier in a matter of minutes. These rooms are located in the newer part of the hotel and are furnished in a modern style. The majority of rooms are en suite with a bath and overhead shower, except one ground floor room that has a walk-in shower. All rooms have a TV, hairdryer, tea/coffee making facilities and complimentary toiletries. There is no elevator available, but rooms are spread between the ground, first and second floors. Please use the 'Special Requests' section to express any preference, and the hotel will attempt to meet guests' needs (subject to availability).
