We offer 6 tiny-style cabins on 1 acre of property. Our resort offers a unique lodging experience in the center of Harbor Country, near Southwest Michigan’s premiere destination for beaches, breweries, wineries, dining and summer fun. Our property can hold up to 28 people. There are 6 'tiny house' style cabins that are on the 1 acre property of Harbor Country Cabins. 4 of the cabins have 2 queen bunk beds to hold 4 people max. 2 of the cabins have an additional twin bunk bed to hold 6 people max. All cabins have a mini-refrigerator, a ceiling fan, a light and electrical outlets for your electronics. The smaller cabins are approximately 96 sqft. The larger cabins are approximately 136 sqft. There is also wireless internet available throughout the property. Outside the French doors is a screened in porch where you can enjoy the sights and sounds of the outdoors while sipping on a morning cup of coffee from the shared kitchen. Picnic tables are available throughout the property as well as a propane grill (propane included). The property includes an ornamental pond, a fire pit, a shared kitchen, 4 burner propane grill, and 4 private bathrooms. There is a shower, toilet and sink in each bathroom. In the shared kitchen is a full sized refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, blender, utensils and other items to help make your stay enjoyable. There is no stove. You will have access to your personal cabin(s), the shared kitchen, the private bathrooms, and the shared outdoor common areas. There is also a guest shed on the property where there are lawn games, additional chairs, and other items for you to use during your stay. I live and work in Chicago but frequent the property and manage all of the bookings. There is also a caretaker who lives on the property in the main house connected to the kitchen and can be available for questions during your stay as needed. We are close to all the fun things to do in SW Michigan in the summer. Beach ( 1 mile) breweries & wineries galore (Greenbush, Cultivate, Round Barn), Casinos, Lake Michigan boating, Warren Dunes, fruit & veggie picking, art galleries, antiquing, so much to do! We have parking on the premises. We ask that you limit your vehicles to 1 per every 2 people. We only have enough parking for about 10 cars. There is an Amtrak station in New Buffalo about 10 miles away if you are coming from Chicago or Detroit without a vehicle. There are also brewery and winery tour buses that you can rent to transport you around to various spots. Please inquire and I can provide you with some recommendations. Uber/Lyft is available in the area in small quantities as well. After booking, you will emailed a guest agreement. You will be required to review, sign, and return it. A few weeks prior to your stay, you will be emailed check-in details for your stay. Bed linens & bath towels will be provided to you apon check-in.
