T-Bar- M 101 is a large spacious condo offering 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths that sleeps and allows 10 guests maximum. Master: King -downstairs- 2nd Bedroom: Queen with Twin Trundle -downstairs- 3rd Bedroom: 2 Double Beds -upstairs- 4th Bedroom: Queen -upstairs- This gorgeous condo has a full kitchen, access to tennis courts, swimming, and grills by pool area. Nestled in the Texas Hill Country, and only minutes from the Comal/Guadalupe Rivers and Schlitterbahn. T Bar M Ranch is conveniently located only minutes from New Braunfels' charming downtown district, dancing and dining in historic Gruene, splashing at world famous Schlitterbahn Waterpark and tubing down the crystal blue waters of the Comal River. Must be 25 or older to book, kids are welcome with a parent/legal guardian. Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented to receive check-in information. Occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. This unit is NOT Pet-Friendly. Monthly Rates in our Low Season are available! Guest access Each unit is equipped with a Schlage lock system. You will be provided with a 4 digit access code in your check-in email. Using the Schlage lock system- To Unlock the Door: Press the Schlage button to wake up the lock. Enter the 4-digit “Door Code”, when the light turns green, (within 5 seconds) manually turn and unlock the deadbolt using the spinning locking mechanism. To Lock the Door: Press the Schlage button and turn the locking mechanism towards the door frame.
