With a lot of attention to detail and full of harmony, we designed a completely newly furnished apartment in October 2021. The apartment is suitable for up to 6 people ( 75 sqm). 1 large living room with cozy couch (if necessary, this can be converted into a sofa bed 160 x 200, kitchenette with everything you need for cooking and baking, cozy sitting area and sideboard with large LCD TV, DVDs for all ages and radio. 1 large double bedroom, 2 bedside tables, 2 night lamps, closet, sitting area and sideboard with sound system and iPod.. 1 further bedroom well suited for big and small children. Equipped with bunk bed, cozy couch, desk with painting stuff, closet, sideboard with LCD TV, DVD player with DVDs, books, many games, crafts, playmobil, various toys and a Wii with various games. The kitchen is completely new and modern and has a ceramic hob, microwave, oven, coffee machine, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, clock, toaster, dishes, glasses, pots, pans, etc. As a small attention to our guests, we are very happy to offer free coffee, tea, sugar, salt, peper and 1 bottle of mineral water for about 1 to 2 days. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, towels, hairdryer are also at your disposal. Books, games ,vacuum cleaners, washing machine and clothes rack are also provided. Towels and linens are included in the price. The internet is unlimited and free of charge for you. Free parking is close to the apartment. Our apartment is centrally located, in the immediate vicinity is a bakery, shopping, restaurants, snack bar and bus stop. It's just a few minutes walk to the train station. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment, but there is a cozy seating in the courtyard.
