It has a garage with 1 parking space. The accommodation is located in Quarteira, 150 meters from the beach and is close to markets, pharmacy, and several restaurants. A 15 minute walk along Passeio das Dunas and you reach the Vilamoura Marina. Quarteira bus station is 900 meters away and Faro Airport is 23 km away. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment. There is a private parking place in the garage. Check-in can be done: - In person at the property, or - Through a key safe (self check-in). Details will be agreed with guests prior to arrival. Check-in is between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Check-out: Must be done by 10:00 a.m. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional costs. Other things to note Security Deposit The security deposit must be paid online or by card by the day of check-in. Amount: €200 (for stays up to 28 nights) For groups or young people, double the amount may be requested. The deposit will be refunded after the property has been checked at the end of the stay. Cleaning The cleaning fee included in the booking only covers check-in and check-out cleaning.
