Easily accessible by any means, it is the ideal starting point to explore the city. Located in a newly renovated apartment, inside an elegant 17th-century building, already home to one of the oldest conservatories in the city, the room offers modern comforts: a private bathroom with a shower, a minibar, a safe, wifi internet connection, a wardrobe, and a desk. Upon request, you can use the shared kitchen as an option. Guest access Guests have access to the shared kitchen, equipped with an induction hob with four burners, a refrigerator and freezer, a microwave with a grill function, a toaster, a coffee machine with pods of different strengths, and a teapot with an assortment of different varieties of tea, as well as a common desk. During your stay I live right in front of the bed and breakfast, thus guaranteeing my availability for check-in, preferably to be agreed upon. Even when I am not physically present at the B&B, I am always reachable via smartphone and messaging apps, allowing guests to contact me without any problems. On those rare occasions when I cannot be present, my cousin Roberto is ready to replace me, ensuring that there is always a family member available to assist guests, an advantage of our southern tradition.
