The space The Maulbronner Hof in Speyer The newly built settlement of tasteful terraced houses in the 1990s is accessible by car from the merging streets Pfaugasse/Salzturmgasse – and thus from only one direction. Your home in Speyer The one-bedroom apartment (approx. 50 sqm) is located in the attic (3rd floor) of a modern terraced house. In addition, there is a small, separate storage room - for example for your luggage. Your landlord lives in the same house and is always available for questions. Your apartment has a separate apartment entrance, accessible via the shared stairwell. Right in downtown From the apartment you can reach the pedestrian zone in a maximum of five minutes on foot. From here it is not far to the famous sights of the university city: Whether you want to go to the Kaiserdom, the historic city gate (Altpörtel), the Historical Museum of the Palatinate or the Technik-Museum-Speyer – or just to one of the many cafés or ice cream parlors: Almost all destinations can be reached easily on foot.
