This charming 25m² studio in Lisbon is the perfect choice for couples seeking a comfortable and well-located stay. Situated on the first floor and accessible by stairs, the property offers a cosy and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary cookware and cutlery to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, and microwave. The space also includes a TV to enjoy your favourite shows and a dining table for two, ideal for relaxed meals at home. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens, as well as a wardrobe to store your belongings conveniently. The bathroom includes all necessary amenities, such as fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, to ensure a pleasant and hassle-free experience. Due to the area's characteristics, taxis cannot reach the door. The final part of the access is on foot and involves climbing some stairs. Enjoy your stay! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! Other things to note This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
