These rules are simple but essential for a pleasant experience. 🧹 Cleanliness & Organization – Please place all trash in bags and leave them inside the gate by the wall before check-out. – Wash any used dishes and do not leave food leftovers in the sink to avoid attracting insects or wildlife. 🔐 Doors, Windows & Keys – Always close doors and windows when leaving. – At check-out, please return the keys to the drawer next to the barbecue. 💡 Energy Use – Turn off all indoor and outdoor lights when not in use. – Unplug or switch off air conditioning, fans, and other electrical devices after use. 🔊 Noise & Neighborhood Respect – Music is allowed at moderate volume until 7 PM. – Events or parties are allowed only with prior approval and must follow the sound limits. – Please avoid loud behavior, fireworks, or any disruption.
