There is a double bedroom in the loft and an additional single bedroom. For 2 extra guests, there is a sofa bed in the living area which is shared with an equipped kitchenette. There is one bathroom. Additionally, the small terrace which can be used to enjoy the morning coffee in fresh air. Guest access You will have access to the whole apartment. There are stairs in the apartment (leading to the bedroom in the loft). The historical center of Como is mainly a pedestrian area. It is possible to arrive at Palazzo Visconti by car to drop off the luggage (please let us know before!), but the nearest parking is available in Viale Lecco, about 400 meters from the apartment. You can park your car only within the blue stripes. Pay time is from 8 am to 8 pm. Pay at the machine and get the ticket to be put on the dashboard inside your car, or use the “EasyPark” app. There are also paid parking garages nearby: “JASCA” in nearby Piazza Volta, “CENTRO LAGO” with an entrance in Via Recchi, "VALDUCE” in Viale Lecco, and "TRIBUNALE” in Via Auguadri.
