Magia22 was built with a unique combination of contemporary and rustic design. A home to commune with nature but with all modern amenities. We named our home Magia 22 as it truly incorporates the magic of nature -incredibly serene, encouraging a deep sign and instant relaxation. Magia22 has the main house( 5 guests) and an additional self contained guest studio( 2 guests). The Main house features 2 spacious bedrooms, ideal for up to 5 guests. The Guest studio: On the property, there is an additional independent studio that can accommodate 2 extra guests over the 5 guests in the main house if needed ( only available for bookings over groups of 5 ). For groups of 5 or fewer, the independent studio remains closed to ensure complete privacy. If bookings below 5 guests would also like to rent the independent studio, please contact us and we will let you know the additional costs. The self contained guest studio has its own entrance, double bed, storage area, washing machine, bathroom( shower and toilet), tv, and coffee machine. Our main villa was designed to allow guests to get away from it all. A wall of large patio windows integrate this villa into the natural surroundings to take full advantage of the outside scenery while letting the warm Cyprus sunshine rays pierce it from dawn to the last minutes of sunset. Sitting at the dining table, you get the impression of being surrounded by nature but at the same time you are in a comfortable modern house. The villa is fully equipped to ensure you have a very enjoyable holiday and making you feel like a home away from home. The first bedroom has a very comfortable luxurious double sized bed to ensure a good nights rest. The second bedroom has customised bunk beds, one of which is big enough ( approximately 150 x 190) to sleep two and the other bed can sleep one. The additional guest studio has a double bed and can sleep two. It also come equipped with hair dryer, Iron and Ironing board. All bed linens and towels are also provided. The Kitchen is equipped with all necessary white goods( hob, fridge, washing machine, dish washer, coffee maker, toaster, microwave) and assorted crockery and cutlery. It has a flatscreen TV with Netflix, free internet access, fireplace, outside dinning area with pergola, large veranda equipped with outdoor seating and sun loungers, outside swing set among the trees to enjoy the sea and mountain views, a traditional Cypriot outside stone oven, and a gorgeous BBQ area. It is fully airconditioned ( no additional charges for electricity) and can be used for both heating and cooling. Baby crib available on request.
