The apartment includes a spacious double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washbasin, as well as a washing machine and dryer. The open-plan living room offers a well-sized kitchen, dining area, and a sofa that converts into a comfortable sofa bed for 1 person. Skiing: Skiers will appreciate the proximity to three nearby lifts: * Pengelsteinbahn (2,100 meters) * Maierlbahn (2,000 meters), and Gaisbergbahn (950 meters) with a toboggan run. * Head to Kitzbühel on the ski bus in less then 10 minutes where you have the famous Hahnenkamm and Kitzbühler Horn mountains. These lifts provide direct access to the KitzSki ski area. Additionally, the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser ski area is quickly accessible via the Ki-West gondola (2,500 meters). For your convenience, we recommend leaving your ski equipment at the depots near the lifts and enjoying a relaxed ride with the free ski bus. Other things to note **We do not accept pets** Please note that the apartment is located on a slight hill which might not be suitable for guests who want to walk into town each day - a car is recommended but not necessary. In winter, even thought the roads are clear you will need an all wheel drive car and sometimes car chains. Please do not use the washer or drier after 7pm. Please do not make a noise outside after 9pm as we have neighbours. As of 1st. Dec 2024 the tourism tax will be increased from 2,00 per person per night to 3,50.
