The villa has 2 staff, 1 staff is a housekeeper, he/she will do the cleaning, the other one is gardener and pool man. Smoking is permitted only in outdoor area, such as pool area and garden. Quiet hours after 11pm. Guest access The villa has 2 carports, 1 inside the house and the other one inside the private garden which located next to the house. Total carport can fit 3 cars.
