There is a huge backyard with a lawn, horseshoe pits and a fire pit. The back yard looks out over open land with a beautiful view of the Moab Rim and the LaSal mountains. The are no next door neighbors. Another bonus is the ample room for off street parking. There's plenty of room for trailers, jeeps, RV's and all of your toys. Fenced in parking exists in the back yard. The neighborhood is rural yet close to HWY 191. It takes about 10 minutes to drive to downtown Moab. Also, I'm a dog owner. I know how difficult it can be to bring my pet with me when travelling. I'll allow 2 pets with a $45/per pet fee. The back yard is fenced in.
