WARMLY WELCOME to our comfortable villa "Splendid View", because one has just exactly this directly from our pool and backyard in all directions! Since our house lies directly at a water intersection with access (by a lending boat) from our own boat deck to the Myakka River and then in Charlotte Harbor as well as the Golf of Mexico. However, everywhere for boaters there are still public boat ramps. Our villa lies very quietly with tropical surrounding without direct neighbours and without a lot of motor traffic. Anyhow are very quickly accessible from us from all shopping possibilities and leisure possibilities as well as many different beaches. Our just in 2014 with the newest standard built villa is including garage (183 SqFt.) 1,966 SqFt. large. Our property is 0,23 acres large . The house disposes of a foyer, a living room with additional dining area, an additional sitting room with sleeping couch (Den), 3 bedrooms (the master bedroom with Kingsize bed and direct access to the pool; the guest bedrooms in each case with Queensize bed), 2 baths (the master bathroom with passable Roman shower with bench and the guest bathroom with direct access to the pool), fully equipped (oven, electric oven, microwave, fridge with ice maker, dishwasher, as well as many other household appliances) open kitchen with a bar of granite and bar stools, a laundry room with washer and dryer, flat iron, ironing board and beach towels, as well as a double garage (with remote control for the garage gate). By its up to 14-feet-high tray ceilings in the foyer, living room, Den and master bedroom as well as the open space draught our villa works very much in royal style. Full-HD flat screen television with satellite-TV and more than 190 television channels are in the living room, Den and master bedroom. In the house a modern air-conditioning, Starlink Internet, smoke detectors, variable lighting and nice ventilating fans are installed. Guest access The whole villa is used only by the guests. Other things to note Our house is suitable for up to 6 people. We rent our villa in the main season in Florida from January until March only for whole months. Beyond this main season the minimum stay is 6 days.
