Relax in this unique and quiet place. Here you will find a space with a gourmet area, barbecue, swimming pool, ornamental lake and very green. Ideal for small celebrations. The site has independent and lateral entrance with my home. it is an open space, with gourmet area, bathroom and 1 integrated dormitory, the second bedroom is part of my home, but with limited access only to the same. This is not a conventional house! Follow me on @openhouselazer The space Here at Open house Timboré you will find a small area of leisure and rest, contact with nature and animals( 3 Jabutis) and eventually our Spitz, pool, ornamental lake with carp, pergolated with hammock and a tranquility that seems to be in a farmhouse in the interior, only next to the Jabaquara subway and São Paulo expo. Get to know our social media @openhouselazer Note: The space is composed by 2 bedrooms, a covered gourmet area, bathroom, barbecue, pergola, lake, grass and pool. My home is on the same lot, but you'll have complete privacy. Guest access Garage, hallway, swimming pool, pergola, lake, hammock, barbecue, gourmet area, dorm and bathroom Other things to note Here we like to work with transparency and trust. The number of guests should always match the reservation. We charge visitors' day use fee. ( 40.00 for the period of 8hs). No noise is not allowed after 10pm. Rental for a party with more than 10 guests, "rental day use only", made in private and with contract. Be clear and objective and you will definitely have a tradenquila stay.
