The M9 apartment is in the heart of Mestre in the pedestrian area. In the immediate vicinity (30 meters) is the M9 Museum, the multimedia and digital museum, also in the square there are various places such as bars for aperitifs, and hamburger, fish and typical cuisine restaurants, 150 meters away there is a supermarket open 7 days a week and the bus stop for Venice is only 100 meters away. A few meters away, there is an IMG multiplex cinema and the Toniolo Theater as well as the Candiani center. The space The apartment consists of a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room with double sofa bed, closet, air conditioning, heating, safe, and TV. The ceiling has exposed beams with skylights, the entrance is independent and is located on the first floor. There are no additional floors as it is an old building in a small village with shops and restaurants.
