Tranquil Bay is special because of its: - 10890sq.ft vibrant green lawns - A private pond beside this home where guests can go fishing. - Chic and contemporary interiors. - 40x20 sq. ft huge pool that is quite ideal for a refreshing dip. - In-house study room for all avid readers. - And let’s not forget the lip-smacking authentic Malvani cuisine. We care for your absolute comfort! To that effect, we provide: - AC, Wi-Fi, generator, washing machine - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Iron, torch, medical kit, clothes dryer  - Secured parking space for up to 4 cars & 5 bikes - Bonfire, barbecue kit This is not a wheelchair-friendly property. Pets are not allowed. The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 4 spacious bedrooms - one on the ground floor and the other three on the first floor. - All bedrooms are equipped with ensuite bathrooms, comfortable king-sized beds, an extra mattress, AC, and Wi-Fi. - The rooms also feature a quaint wardrobe and hangers. - Nestled in the midst of nature, get to experience stunning views of the lake & the verdant green lawns. BATHROOMS - There are 4 attached bathrooms and 1 common bathroom on the ground floor. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - There are 2 living rooms, situated on the ground floor and first floor respectively. - Both the living rooms are not equipped with an air conditioning system.  - The living room on the ground floor with TV seats up to 10 people and the one on the first floor seats up to 7 people. - Both the living rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi, a portable music system, and wired CCTV cameras. -The first floor also features two balconies on either side and a personal study room. - The dining room is a component of the living room on the ground floor and can seat up to 9 people. It is not equipped with an AC. - There is a private pool, 40 x 20 ft. in size and 10 ft. in depth  - The exteriors of the villa feature a 10890sq.ft verdant green lawn with a gazebo where guests can indulge in playful outdoor activities.  KITCHEN - Guests may use the kitchen for reheating purposes but not for elaborate cooking. - It is equipped with a microwave, oven,  gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, mixer, grinder, purifier, and an elaborate selection of condiments.  - Crockery and cutlery are also available. FOOD - Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Consumption of non-veg food is allowed. - Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. - Service from delivery partners like Swiggy and Zomato is not available in Alibaug. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We can provide accommodation for your personal staff for up to 2 people at an additional cost of Rs.1000 exclusive of meals. Staff accommodation can be provided in-house. ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests are spoilt for choice with a variety of indoor activities they can choose from. Enjoy a competitive game of ludo and cards with your friends or family. Take a de-stressing dip in the infinity pool while looking over the views of the surrounding verdant lawn or go fishing in the private lake adjacent to the property. Have a homely yet authentic Malvani meal in the dining area. Avid readers are in for a treat as this home features an in-house library with an ample collection of books.  ADD-ON SERVICES - A barbecue meal can be arranged at an extra charge. - Washing machine can be used at an extra cost of Rs.500 per use. - A bonfire setup can be availed at an additional cost of Rs.500 per use. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!  - In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 24 hours.  - This home is a part of a gated community.  - There are CCTV cameras that capture the living room areas for security purposes. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - Mobile networks such as Jio and Airtel work fairly well here.  - All male and female groups are allowed. - Service from delivery partners like Swiggy and Zomato is not available in Alibaug.
