CoalShed Room 2

Coalshed is place to rest, unwind or unleash, Where nothing is standard, not even our standard room.  This room is equipped with a King size bed, oversized wooden headboard, tea station & smart television. This room can comfortably sleep up to 3 adults or 2 adults and one child as it also has a full size single, perfect for extra guests You’ll have full access to our communal space, with table tennis and pool table and a full size kitchen. These areas you will share with other guests Guest access Your room and bathroom is private to you. However you do have the opportunity to use and share our communal space, with table tennis and pool table, kitchen & chill out area. Other things to note THINGS TO NOTE Due to the nature and layout of our warehouse, we close the communal area at 10pm. This is just to ensure everyone’s comfort. Please do not book, if you wish to stay somewhere with a communal area that can be used after this time (If you have book us exclusively, then this does not apply) Please be aware we are not staffed on site continually and We do not have a physical reception team. You will be given a contact number if you need to reach us. We operate a self check-in policy. This means you will be sent the details you need to gain entry into our warehouse directly and expected to check in on your own. Don't worry, its easy!  Only registered guests are permitted to stay on site. We request that guests do not bring back anyone else who isn’t registered. Check in, is anytime from 3pm and Check out is by 11am.  No Smoking is allowed at all We are a converted warehouse. We wanted to mix comfort, whilst still keeping its industrial charm. At the moment the floor in the communal area, is still the original concrete. We recommend shoes for the communal area. The bedrooms, have fully laid modern flooring.
