Our rooms and apartments are fitted with air conditioning, a fully-equipped kitchenette, flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with bidet and a hairdryer. The high ceilings also create a spacious feel in the apartment, and the loft is also popular among those looking for a unique getaway. The shophouse windows in the apartment opens up to a view of Kampong Glam from above. *Fully furnished with the essential amenities required for your stay. *Food and grocery options are also only a stone’s throw away! *Height clearance of the loft is 2m Apartment Size: Approximately 179 sq ft Arab Street serves as one of the main thoroughfares for the eclectic and rejuvenated Kampong Glam. It used to house many entrepreneurs with wooden shacks peddling their wares to passing pedestrians. Now, many people consider the Malay conservation district to be the most vibrant among its peers, for it has successfully found a delicate balance between its youthful vibrancy – through its artistic diversity – and its historical heritage. Booking policy: The booking is strictly non-amendable. We require an incidental deposit of S$200 upon check-in. All staying guests will only be issued a mobile key after they have entered details of their own credit/debit card. This is in the form of an authorisation hold and it will be released within 7 working days after check-out should there be no incidentals to be incurred. Guests who fail to provide a valid credit/debit card will not be able to check-in. Heritage Collection on Arab is a mobile self check-in property. As there isn't an onsite reception, immediate check-ins at a short notice are not available. Guests without contact details and arrival details may experience a waiting time of up to 2 hours, and will not be able to check in after 7pm. Check-in time is from 3pm and check-out time is by 11AM. Late check-out charges may apply. Operational hours are from 9am to 7pm. Extensions will be subjected to apartment availabilities and prevailing market rates upon request. Kindly note that requests for extension must be done at least 72 hours prior to check out for us to check on availability. All guests are required to provide their passport during check in for guest registration and sign the registration form agreeing to the Terms and Conditions governing the stay. No check-in will be allowed without a passport and completed registration form. We will be required to take a copy of your passport. Due to the profile of our guests, kindly note that Heritage Apartments has a strict policy to only host guests above the age of 18. Upon check-in and throughout the course of your stay, guests found to be below the age of 18 will be asked to vacate the property immediately. As this is a violation of our House Rules, the booking will be cancelled with no refunds provided. All bookings made are strictly non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-amenable. Should you fail to check-in by 12pm one day after your original check-in date, your reservation will be treated as a "No Show". In the event of a no-show, the full amount for the entire duration of the reservation is non-refundable. This property has a lift. Complimentary housekeeping is done every 8 days
