Primary bedroom suite (shower plus Jacuzzi tub) and second bedroom are upstairs, and a pull out couch in the living room. Downstairs is the third bedroom with a queen size bed and a great couch to sleep on, if needed. NOTE that the downstairs has a separate entrance, a/c and a space heater, and I’m afraid, NO BATHROOM. Sunsets are breathtaking, and tons of water birds every morning and evening - there is a bird nesting ground nearby. HOA restricts occupancy to 8 people. Included in your rental: *Well equipped kitchen: plates, bowls, glasses, pots/pans, mixing/serving bowls, utensils, basic spices & condiments, coffee maker (Kuerig and Mr. Coffee) and coffee, waffle maker, and of course a blender! *Charcoal grill, fire pit, hammock, and two kayaks. *Wi-Fi throughout the house, DVD player (lots of DVDs) and Netflix on the Roku TV. Second TV in primary bedroom. *Lots of board games and frisbees for the back yard *Towels and linens (all bedding) *Hair Dryer and iron *Washer and dryer *** You should bring: *Water toys and fishing gear (and license) *Charcoal & lighter fluid *Food & drinks *Personal toiletries *’beach’ towels if you plan to swim Guest access The entire home is available to the guests but not the garage. Easy parking for 3 cars on premises. Absolutely no parking on street, per HOA rules. Other things to note Sunsets are breathtaking, and tons of water birds every morning and evening. Not suitable for large gatherings. Three night minimum on holiday weekends. Early check-in or late checkout MIGHT be available, $50.00 fee. Due to HOA restrictions, we can only have 8 people overnight at one time. The House is not specifically child-proofed and the water is, of course, a hazard. Please supervise children carefully. If you plan to swim, please bring your own towels. Nightly price includes hotel taxes paid to Polk County.
