(2 min from Uffizi) Apartment, Florentine style
Signoria Imperial
Description
Apartment located on the second floor consisting of two double bedrooms with a single bed each. Air conditioning. No elevator. The apartment is completed in traditional Florentine style with almost 4m high coffered ceilings and large rooms. The apartment is in the ZTL, a 2-minute walk from the Uffizi and Palazzo Vecchio, 6 minutes from Ponte Vecchio in the beating heart of the city. Via dei Neri is famous for its many typical restaurants and the famous sandwich shop "All'Antico Vinaio" right under the house! The space The apartment is located on the second floor of a historic building in Via dei Neri (ZTL area), exactly above the All'antico Vinaio sandwich shop, which makes the street particularly crowded during the day. Given the central location of the historic apartment, it happens that at night you can hear the noises of the street, especially on weekends in the room that overlooks it. Climb the stairs to enter the apartment, on the left there is a large living room with a dining table, an L-shaped sofa and a TV; bathroom with shower and bidet. The kitchen is equipped for cooking, there is an electric oven and induction cooktop, boiler, washing machine, kettle, toaster, and a moka pot for coffee. The apartment has two large double bedrooms with a memory foam mattress plus a single bed each and wardrobes with a mirror. The rooms are separate from the living room and the lounge, ensuring total privacy from the rest of the family or friends. The apartment is accessed via self check-in with a key box on the floor of the apartment. Included are: bed linen, towels, soaps for each guest, wifi and air conditioning in the two bedrooms, not present in the common areas. There is a ceiling fan in the living room. Guest access There are two paid parking lots in the immediate vicinity, which are "Garage Palazzo Vecchio" and "Florence Parking - Garage Tintori." Both are in the limited traffic zone, and they will pay for the permit for your car to enter. The parking lots in the center of Florence place the car outside the city and then return it for delivery. A little further away but more comfortable and less expensive is the 'Parcheggio Sant'Ambrogio Firenze'. Costs vary depending on the parking time and the parking lot you choose. For more information, costs and reservations, I recommend contacting the parking lots directly.
