It has a fully equipped fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, induction stove and large refrigerator with separate freezer compartment. The apartment also has a washing machine. The living room is characterized by the approx. four-meter-high open ceiling and the almost 12-square-meter roof terrace with electric grill offers a wide view over the fields to the lagoon and the water. The large daylight bathroom is equipped with a floor-to-ceiling shower with glass partition. The master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. All beds are box spring beds. There is a flat-screen TV in the living room and in one of the two bedrooms. Children's travel bed and high chair can be ordered by phone from the manager for a fee, subject to availability. In the garden of the property there is a barrel sauna with a wonderful view of the landscape. Upon request, you can book the sauna for your stay for a small fee. The sauna belongs to the house with a total of four apartments for common use. Sauna towels are not included in the price and can be booked with the manager for a fee.
