Sprawling ranch home est. 1905 situated at waters edge on Tautog Cove, part of a salt pond in private 120 year old Arnolda community. Large deck wraps water side of house, pond views from kitchen, dining room, living room and master bedroom, with distant views of fields and fairways. Private golf course surrounds the property. A private tennis court and well maintained golf course is available. Close to many interesting and historic areas such as Mystic, CT, Watch Hill, RI, Jamestown and the ever popular Newport (with all the mansions and the yachts you could ever want to see!). Plan a visit to Providence's Federal Hill and downtown restaurants and events. Great antique/unique gifts shopping areas all around. Close to URI and Kingston Amtrak station. The kitchen seems to always bring families together with the ample cooking space, double oven and large oak table. Sliders afford easy access to the deck with a 180 degree view of the pond and truly incredible sunsets. Take a walk on the golf course later in the dark of night for a stunning view of the stars in the sky. For the adventurer, kayaks are available, complete with life preservers. Local law requires you wear a life vest when kayaking. Guest access Other than the sixth bedroom that is not accessible, the whole house is yours. Other things to note Please feel free to request special pricing and availability. We can often be flexible! There is one Roku TV in the master bedroom, cable service in two rooms (kitchen and living room) and a Roku stick that can be moved between Living Room and Kitchen. Dogs are welcome, leash recommended but not required, though there are many tempting wildlife to chase or to chase your pet!
