Our beautiful well maintained three bedroom condo is on the 4th floor overlooking the community lake with plenty of natural light. Elevator is available for easy access. The balcony is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful view of the lake, clubhouse and pool area after a busy day at the parks. You can also see the fireworks from the Disney parks at night from the condo private balcony. The condo is fully furnished and tastefully decorated. The condo provides free high-speed internet and cable TVs. The kitchen is fully equipped so you have the option of cooking your own meals if you do not want to dine out. Our condo has a laundry room with a washer and a dryer so you can easily wash and dry your clothes without trips to the laundromat. Condo Wifi speed: download 119 Mbps, upload 5.93 Mbps. The condo is professional managed by a well known local property management company. You are free to contact them for any issues you may encounter upon your arrival or during your stay. Their contact info will be provided in the check in info before your arrival. • Check-in instructions will be provided to you at least one day before your arrival. • You can self check-in any time 4pm or after on your day of arrival, and check-out any time 10am or before on your day of departure. • Free parkings are available. A “Resident Permit” parking tag is provided, so guests can park the car near the condo building at the resident parking spot. Please note commercial vehicle is not allowed on the premises. • Our condo includes washer, dryer, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, cooking and baking wares, dishes, utensils, iron, ironing board, cable TV, air conditioning, etc. • The cleaning crew cleans the condo prior to each guest’s arrival with clean linens and towels. It is then the guests’ responsibility to maintain the cleanliness of the condo during the stay. • We do not have the resources to provide our guests package receiving services prior arrival. • Pets are NOT allowed in the condo. We ask all our guests to STRICTLY observe the No Pet allowed house rule for the condo.
