4 Landgate Cottage sleeps 4 in Winchelsea, Nr Rye

Stay in this cosy cottage for 4 in the pretty town of Winchelsea only 3 miles from Rye. The cottage has been beautifully decorated to provide a touch of luxury and comfort whether staying for 2 nights or a week. Fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, additional cloakroom, two double bedrooms (can be configured as twin rooms), lounge with Smart TV and wifi throughout. Off road parking for two cars, use of private garage and small enclosed garden & terrace. The space The kitchen/diner has been finished to a very high standard with all the mod-cons you would expect and some extras, like a 3 in 1 boiler tap for those quick cuppa's. A modern bathroom with bath/shower, WC, basin, shaver point, heated towel rail and an additional cloakroom WC next door. The two double bedrooms can be configured as twin beds if wished but we must be told at the time of the booking. Guests have the use of the off road parking in front of the garage and can use the garage but height restrictions apply. Bicycles can be stored in the garage for security. The garden is small and enclosed and outside the kitchen door is a small terrace with a table and chairs. There is a communal alley way that runs behind the cottage between the terrace and the rear garden. Guest access Guests have access to the whole property and the private garage. Other things to note We ask parents to take care with children when entering & departing the cottage due to the main road and not to leave children playing alone in the garden. We do not provide stair gates or travel cots but there is a highchair in kept in the garage if required. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PETS Please note the accommodation is for self-catering - we provide a starter pack of items like toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid and new jeye cloth but they will most likely not last the duration of your stay. We do not provide salt, pepper or oil but there may be some in the property if previous guests have left it. We do not provide shower gel or shampoo.
