Please note that access to the house is via external stairs, so it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The wood-burning stove is available year-round, but complimentary firewood is only provided during the winter season (November 1-March 31). Outside of these dates, guests can bring their own firewood or purchase it from nearby shops. Other things to note The house is located in a quiet residential development, where you can easily park your vehicle right in front of the house. Not recommended for people with reduced mobility or difficulties climbing stairs. Pets: max. 2. Charge of €10/night per pet (does not apply to service animals). Pets of visitors are not allowed. After 10:00 PM, we maintain a quiet atmosphere. It's a house: you can talk and enjoy the garden, but let's avoid loud noises to respect the neighbors. No parties or events. The price of the reservation depends on the number of guests indicated at the time of booking. If a request is subsequently made to add more travelers or modify the number of guests, the corresponding surcharge per additional guest will be applied according to the conditions of the accommodation. In the event of technical issues on the platform that prevent the booking from being modified correctly, the adjustment can be handled through the Airbnb Resolution Center. Visitors: Outside visitors are not allowed without prior written authorization. If a daytime visit is authorized, the fee will be €30 per person per day. The maximum capacity of the property is 6 people in total, including guests staying, visitors, adults and children. Maximum 4 visitors per day, always without exceeding a total of 6 people on the property. Visitors may not stay overnight or enter with their own pets unless expressly approved. On special dates or during periods of high demand, visits may not be allowed. Visitors may stay until 9:00 pm at the latest. Documentation and the amount of the tourist tax will be requested.
