The space • Your 40m² Suite is located on the upper floor and features a king size bed, a separate living room, and a writing desk. • The French colonial decor with Louis XV and XVI furnishings, handcrafted artisan tile floors, and high ceilings creates an atmosphere that feels like stepping into a beautiful estancia. • The room features air conditioning (hot and cold), a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and free WiFi. • The private bathroom includes a bathtub, shower, bidet, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries. • Daily housekeeping is included. • Room service is available until 10:00 PM. • Laundry service is available at an additional cost. • Buffet breakfast is included every morning. • Pool towels are provided for the heated outdoor pool. Children are not accepted. • Luggage storage is available at no charge. • The property is on a quiet street with no traffic noise. Guests are asked to maintain quiet during rest hours. • The heated pool has no hour restrictions. Enjoy it anytime. • The suite is located on the upper floor. The property has stairs and no elevator. • Smoking is only permitted in the patio and outdoor areas. • This is a pet-free property. Service animals are welcome as required by law.
