The Gypsi Laut is a unique 1940's shop house accommodation which combines beautiful original features with modern comfort and design. Stunning wooden floors, original wood walls, and a modern, outdoor 'balcony bathroom'. We have designed and renovated this property to our liking and we hope our love for the place and the history and style of the property shine through. This is truly a one of a kind accommodation option in KK. The space The bedroom is incredibly light and spacious with large windows and a comfortable work desk & chair. We are situated on the first floor and there is a small staircase that opens into the communal area. Our bed is Queen size, brand-new and very comfortable. The room is decorated with objects and pictures we have collected over the years. We have a private outdoor balcony bathroom, which has a refreshing hot water rain-shower. Please note the bathroom is not attached to the bedroom but is across the communal area. However it is for your exclusive use & can be locked when you go out. The communal area will be serviced and cleaned daily and your room can be cleaned on request. Guest access We have a communal area which contains a fridge/freezer/kettle and space for your use that you share with your neighbours. This is where the light breakfast and tea/coffee making facilities are located. Please note there are no cooking facilities. During your stay We will always be a phone-call away if there are any questions or anything we can help you with. Other things to note Our accommodation is incredibly central and is surrounded by excellent coffee shops, restaurants and bars. Everything in central KK is within easy walking distance from our place. As we are SO centrally located, there is potential for some street noise, and it is also an old building so there is potential for some noise from other guests. As a courtesy we ask guests not to be noisy after 10pm. Please note your bedroom is situated between 2 other apartments which can also be found on Airbnb - The Jungalow & Bunga Tropika.
